“I’ve been coming here since they were at their old location down the street. It’s absolutely perfect for an intimate date!
We always try to get a different fondue combination each time we go there because there are so many types of meats to try. They come with a huge salad (I know it’s delicious, but do not finish this because you will not have enough room for dessert!! ).
Then comes the cheese fondue which I do not always enjoy, but my favorites are the Blue Tomato and the Cajun.
The best part is being able to cook your own meats and they have a ton of really great sauces to dip them in. I always, every single time, ask for a ton more mango chutney. I would DRINK that mango chutney. I would MARRY that mango chutney and have its children. It’s so good!!!
Finally you get your chocolate fondue. They light some of them on fire for you!! Ten awesome seconds of entertainment!
As for the service, I have never been dissatisfied here. The waiters are so attentive and nice. They check on you constantly and they’ll comp you two glasses of champagne and a little side dessert if you’re there for a special occasion.”

“Such a great dining experience! So fun, tried all different types of meats, cheeses and desserts.
We were there for a birthday celebration and they gave us complimentary champagne. The restaurant has great, trendy, and unique interior- sort of a glamorous mafia look- so cool! food is wonderful and servers are SO knowledgeable!”

“Out of all the possible fondue places that you can go to this is one of the tops for me. What sets this apart from the others is the options of the Exotic Meats that they offer. Don’t know them all, but I have tried the alligator tail, wild boar, tuna, chicken, wild duck, Angus beef, and shrimp. Yeah, after the first two items, its pretty basic. But hey, you need to get a “safe” meat just in case you didn’t like the exotic stuff.
We usually get the Feast ($95) per person, you get a salad, cheese fondue, 6 choices of meat and dessert. Oh, you can also get additional items for the dessert. YUM!!!
This is a great place to have an intimate meal, because of the dimly lit interior. But is also great for an interactive meal with a bunch of friends.”

“Escape from the ordinary.
La Fondue captures this perfectly: you can see it in the ambiance and the food. The over the top glamour decor is different in each section: a room that oozes Hollywood glamor with mirrors and black and white Audrey Hepburn photos, a renaissance room replete with knights in shining armor statues, a modern room with plush velvet booths. The different themes in each room really sets the mood and this place is perfect for a romantic date or for groups that are celebrating a special occasion.
We were here for the dessert fondue: pure dark chocolate melted in Amaretto liquor. They give you plates and plates of fruit, pretzels, marshmallows to dip into your fondue. But the best part was the small blocks of cream cheese that were super rich. Yum!
You can peruse their dinner menu online and find a variety of meats and cheeses with different price ranges. But if you’re looking to save some cash and still want to impress that special someone, just go for dessert. This starts at 9:30pm Sun-Thurs (10:30pm on Fridays/Saturdays). You can linger into the night, wine glass in hand and chocolate in your mouth. Saying that this place is special is clearly an understatement. You’ve just got to be there to experience it yourself.”

“YUMM-Ooohh! I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and can’t believe I haven’t written a review on it. I love this place. An escape from the ordinary. Perfect for a special occasion, a date, or a night out with friends. Overall, the meal is quite tasty. My favorite part is the salad. Fresh ingredients with delicious dressings. The cheese is to die for and all of the breads and fresh veggies that go along with it compliment it perfectly. And I won’t even go into the chocolate. A little piece of heaven!
Tip: Make reservations if you can (except for chocolate-only, no reservations needed). Portions are out of control. A meal for two, easily feeds four.”

“This is a great place for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and First Dates…. The food is great the service is great and you leave with a pleasant feeling that is with you for weeks. I have been coming here for 9 years… It’s only gotten better“
“This was such a wonderful experience! The decor was fun and fabulous, the staff was warm and friendly, and the food was spot on delightful. All though the prices are high it is well worth every penny. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or a date you’re looking to impress.”
“The best fondue I’ve had in the US!
Get the full course meal:
Salad
Cheese fondue
Meat fondue (I think go with wine for the cooking liquid)
Chocolate fondue–sometime the best part!
My specific tips:
For meat: go with the wild game menu that has venison, ostrich, and fun stuff.
For chocolate: get the hazelnut flavored mix in with milk chocolate–that makes for a great combination.
It’s hard to go wrong with the cheeses, so just pick what you like.
The atmosphere is very unique here.”

“Fondue can be Fun! Fun! Fun!
and OH so delicious.
I came here with my amigos for a wonderful dinner. We had the 2 person dinner menu which served 3 generously. The owner was gracious and conversed with us at our table (very nice man). He sent over pre-dinner shots-on the house. Thank you!!
We tried the Alligator, Wild Turkey, Duck and Filet mignon meats for grilling. We also had Tiger Shrimp and Crab. ALL were FANTASTICAL.
I could NOT get enough of the swiss cheese mix. Goshhhh sooo good. I could dip my hand in the pot and be happy for hours. haha!
Dessert was brought over with Champagne. Wonderful touch. THANK YOU, AGAIN! Service is wonderful and laid back.
There is Dessert Happy hour that starts at 10:30. I am going to make this my pre-party pit stop!! The decor is modern and really fun. Unpretentious yet sexy and stylish. The gold gun lamps were my fave! Music gets cranked up after hours!!
Great first time experience. I shall return with MORE amigos next time!”

“You want to guarantee a little tail for yourself after dinner? Uhurm…bring your date to LA FONDUE.
Melted Cheese, dipping, licking, CHOCOLATE, and a reason to bring attention to your mouth…yeah…it’s gonna be that KINDA night. Not to mention the decor and environment are conducive for…. I digress.
La Fondue is a chic restaurant. I won’t describe it, as it’s something you should experience. We started our experience with the stinking rose. Figure if you are going to have Garlic breath, so can everyone else at the table. Swiss cheese, wine, and garlic-yeah GARLIC.
For our main course, we opted for La Romantique- Black Angus Filet Mignon, Free Range Chicken, Tiger Shrimp, Lobster Tail. Figuring we would be adventurous, we added ANTELOPE. Yeah…the non gamiest of meats. Fun to grill and even better to eat.
Looking for the aphrodisiac, the final TA-DAH? Go for The Decadent One. Milk & Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Kahlua and Creme. You will surely bring it home with the marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, and everything else you can DIP in melted chocolate.
You can’t go wrong with a joint that serves cheese, chocolate and promotes no corkage fee on M, T, and W.
S-C-O-R-E…on ALL LEVELS.”

“Can’t expound much already on the existing reviews. Elegant and stylish decor and is very dark. Heightens the senses and helps set the romantic mood.
Staff is eager to assist in choosing the right combination of cheese and chocolate.
Lots of exotic meats to try as well, the grilling cooks well enough but it just doesn’t get hot enough to get a really good sear. But the meats are cut proportionally for optimum cooking.
Valet parking helps as you could be circling a while.
I like playing with my food so this is a fun place to dip”

“Man oh man I LOVE this place!
I’ve only been here twice, with Future Hub, so I can speak only to coming as a couple. My female family members have come on multiple occasions on a girls night out and equally love it.
It’s got a cool atmosphere, albeit sort of dark, but there’s lots of pretty decorations to look at. Parking stinks, so be here super early if you’re coming on a premium night (Thursday through Saturday). Reservations are easy enough, provided you attempt to make them far enough in advance. They do have a dessert only drop in time (I want to say after 10 pm?… call and double check), and that’d definitely be worthwhile.
The chef salad is a must try, and my favorite salad anywhere. I always order it with the dressing on the side. It’s so good that it really doesn’t require much. Be forewarned, it’s a TON of food! I hate having leftovers because the food is so good that it’s never so good reheated. I’d be inclined to just order the salad and bread and cheese. YUM!”

“We had a terrific time at La Fondue. The whole experience is great. Take time to notice the decor and see how many weapons you can count! The cheese course was very well done, with a great selection of choices and very good bread for dipping. We did a grill instead of fondue for our main course, which was very nice. We had a variety of unusual (for us at least) meats, including antelope and alligator! Desert was a real treat. They bring a very generous pot of melted chocolate and a great variety of things to dip, including Snickers bars and cream cheese balls. I particularly liked that you could get extras of your favorite dippers without paying extra! Really nice. And don’t forget that Monday and Tuesday are BYO Wine and no corkage”
“I invited another couple for dinner and we had a fabulous time. The Chic c’est freak dinner was something to remember. As for experiences at a restaurant, I’d say this one was one of the best ones in quite a while. The service was fabulous and the food delectable. Definitely an experience.
To cook something like 20 different kinds of meat from duck to crocodile and kangaroo, it was a real, great experience. The cheese and chocolate fondues were great.
Will come again….”

“I loved the way fondue makes people interact. I was there with some people I had just met and it was a great way to get acquainted! The decor was fun…a little on the dark side…we fought over the candle on the table in order to read the wine list. The food was presented in a very appetizing way and there was plenty of it! My favorite part was the chocolate-chocolate fudge fondue!
“Worth the price trust me! Service is great food is amazing we eat here as often as we can and adore it.”
