The cheese course was very well done, with a great selection of choices and very good bread for dipping. We did a grill instead of fondue for our main course, which was very nice. We had a variety of unusual (for us at least) meats, including antelope and alligator! Desert was a real treat. They bring a very generous pot of melted chocolate and a great variety of things to dip, including Snickers bars and cream cheese balls. I particularly liked that you could get extras of your favorite dippers without paying extra! Really nice. And don't forget that Monday and Tuesday are BYO Wine and no corkage"
